Evaluation of gaseous pollutants filtration ln the process of ventilatlon PDF 24.5 MB

Abstract...

The paper introduces the time behaviour analysis of the pollutants filtration process in the room by the recirculation filter unit and the basis for the attainable reduction of gaseous pollutants concentrations is presented there. The methodology of the necessary efficiency of the filtration unit is mentioned there just in case that the source of pollutants is the outside air supplied to the room by the forced ventilation or infiltration process. Air filtration efficiency of the otdoor air by an equipment of the same efficiency for the comparison with the recirculation filter unit efficiency is presented.

TAXES on environmental pollution caused by boiler houses of low capacity. PDF 24.5 MB

Abstract...

The aim of the paper is to explain the procedures on determining taxes for environmental pollution caused by small boiler houses according to the actual regulations, to summmarize data for assessing the taxes and, based on an example, to illustrate the factual procedure of calculation. It is intented to operators of boiler houses of low capacity, as well as to designers of the equipment. It is further aimed to unify methods of calculation for emissions of cathegory REZZO III and to precise data for the calculation of scattering the pollution agents in urban regions.

Hygienic problems with spray humidifiers in air conditioning PDF 24.5 MB

Abstract...

The paper deals with very ticklish problem of air conditioning equipments operation Iying in the contingent danger of thelowering of the artificialy created microclimate standard instead of its expected improvement. The one of the risky elements of the equipment is represented by spray humidifiers whitch can as a result of bad arrangement or operation to clog the microclimate by the biological contamination. The author of the paper exploits his many years' experience concerinig operation of the large ir conditioning system in the Motol Hospital, Prague5 and he submits to the professional public characterization of the present state and instructions for prevention of the side negative effects of operation ofthe spray humidifiers there.
